What is Quickstart for Marathon Swimming?

In Quickstart for Marathon Swimming, we transform mortal swimmers into marathon swimming superheroes!

In the six week intensive, virtual, group coaching program participants will:

  • Explore techniques to swim efficiently so that you can conserve energy and reduce your chance of injury
  • Get personalized stroke feedback and learn how to incorporate it into your practice
  • Learn how to build a training plan that fits your busy schedule
  • Understand the importance of feeding and feed planning
  • Recommendations on how to approach dryland for cross training and injury prevention
  • Find valuable tips on mental preparation
