Ready to Swim with More Ease?

You can’t hold the water.

In my last post, I wrote about how swimming isn’t just about getting to the side—it’s about giving yourself permission.

To slow down.

To feel.

To stop performing.

That permission doesn’t end in the shallow end.

I don’t just teach swimming. I help people rewrite their relationship with the water—and often, with themselves.

And this isn’t just about beginners.

Even experienced swimmers can find themselves gripping, striving, trying to get it “right.”

How do you carry yourself in the water?

Maybe you’re comfortable—maybe you even love it—but you’re still trying to hold on, to prove something, to perfect something.

News flash: You can’t hold the water.

Just like you can’t hold this moment in life. We move through it—or it moves through us. And in both, we want to move with ease.

If this stirs something in you, now might be the time to take the next step.

Humans need water more than ever—to leave behind the noise, the devices, the distractions—and just be.

We came from water, after all.

It connects us in ways no screen or scroll ever will.

Whether you’re just beginning or looking to reconnect with a different kind of rhythm in the water, I’d love to work with you.

I’ve extended the discount on 5 and 10 session swim lesson or coaching packages for kids, teens, and adults—virtual (for adults, because mindset is everything) or in person in my backyard Endless Pool. Use code: WATER

And if you’re not quite ready to dive in, that’s okay too. Sometimes the shift begins just by noticing.

I’ll be putting this into practice again soon, in a swim that’s been tugging at my heart since I exited the water last September. More on that next time.

When you’re ready to give yourself permission, I’m here. If you’d like to talk about what’s next, just hit reply (or book a free call), I’m listening.

Warmly,
Shannon
